I got inspiration from this caricature of John Key and Bill English whipping the flag away from the army troops and thought this was a better way to convey the history being defaced and desecrated but i didn't end up carrying through with this concept because i wasn't happy with the formatting and trying to squeeze text into crammed areas. I learnt i need to plan photoshoots better and have more decisive plans as to what i want to achieve overall
